I guarantee the geckos bought on this site will arrive in healthy condition however if someone is not home to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt as planned my guarantees are void. If there is a problem with the gecko/s upon arrival I MUST be notified asap or I will assume everything is ok and the health guarantee time frame begins.
My health guarantee on a gecko purchased is 14 days. Should a problem arise in those 14 days I MUST be contacted immediately. After those two weeks I will not be liable for health issues that may occur because I cannot control how you are keeping your geckos.
I will also take non refundable deposits for animals. 25% is required to place an animal on hold. Once the hold is placed you have 1 full calendar month to pay the remaining balance. (including the shipping) If the rest of the outstanding balance is not paid by the end of that period the 25% deposit and any amount paid to date will be forfeited automatically without exception. Email me if you wish to setup a deposit on a specific gecko.
All sales are FINAL unless there is an outstanding health issue from shipping and that will be dealt with swiftly. First one to pay for a gecko gets the gecko. I only keep this as a policy because I get many inquires for a gecko and many of those inquires pan out to be nothing more than a passing interest. So please do not take it personal when a gecko you ask about is there one time and gone the next. I have and will make other arrangements with people that cannot pay in full up front, but unless that is arrangement is made the first to pay gets the gecko rule applies.
I can ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of just about every week unless there is a weather delay due to extreme heat or cold. (below 30 or above 85)
